Help decorate the race site and at the same time, pay tribute to a loved one who has battled breast cancer or a cancer supporter by purchasing a pink azalea plant in celebration of a survivor, in memory of a loved one, or in honor of a co-survivor.
The azaleas may be ordered for a $15.00 donation when you register for the race either on-line or by mail. The plants will be marked with your loved one’s name as well as the name of the person who purchased the plant. At the conclusion of the Race, the plants may be picked up from the stage area. PLEASE ORDER EARLY AS LAST YEAR THE PLANTS SOLD OUT!
There is also an option of adding a Willow Tree Angel of Courage figurine signed by the artist, Susan Lordi, to the azalea plant for an additional $15.00 donation.
