Events » Holding events to benefit Komen

We welcome organizations and groups to contact us that may want to hold fund-raising events and work on projects to benefit our local Grand Rapids Affiliate.  The process of applying to partner with us to the time of signing a contract can take several weeks so we ask that you contact us at least 2 months in advance of your start or event date.  Organizations are prohibited from using the Komen name or logo without our permission and having a written letter of agreement signed by both parties.

We will work with you in advance of the event or project taking place to ensure all of the Komen guidelines are followed.

Please take a look at the Komen Guidelines to ensure your goals resemble ours.

If so, then fill out and submit to us an event application with complete information regarding your event or project.  Allow a few weeks for feedback as the requests must be approved by The Board of Directors.

Once your event/project has been approved a letter of agreement will be drafted and signed by Komen and your organization.
